“I was at this location today. The amazing person behind the counter went way above and beyond on Christmas eve! I can't quite remember her name but the sandwiches you made for the homeless man and myself were absolutely delicious! Give this wonderful person a raise! Merry Christmas!“

“Eric served me and holy moly what a wonderful human! So passionate about the work and genuinely seems to care so much about the customer experience. Also found out Eric is working two other jobs. Seriously, to be that positive while working three jobs is beyond me.

I stopped on the way to my own customer service job and today I will strive to be just a little bit like Eric. I hope all your working towards happens for you and I hope you have a furry friend soon. Thank you so much!

“Was greeted as I came in and advised they would be right with me (looked like they were putting a online order together).Appreciate them taking those 2 seconds to acknowledge me.Took my order and made sure to build the sub as I wanted(understood a little red onion is just a few piece...not a great big mitt full).“

“The store is always clean and sanitized. The sandwich are made with perfection both in taste, speed and looks. The staffs here are very welcoming and friendly. Especially Gene, the manager of the store, she’s the one who gave me a quick rundown of the menu and treated me very nicely. Highly recommend checking it out and grabbing a quick bite.“

“Food prep is great, store is clean, service is perfect. One gripe. So being cheap and watering down your pop machine.. I got a ginger ale with no fizz one day, poured it out, switched it up, same thing. Calibration is waaay off. Feels intended.“

“I was at the mall on a busy summer weekend in BC and needed a quick lunch before heading out. The line at Subway was long, but I was so impressed by how quickly and efficiently the staff worked through the orders.
When it was my turn, I asked for a footlong but wanted two different kinds of ingredients inside on each half. The staff member was so friendly and accommodating; they didn't hesitate and perfectly crafted the custom order for me.
