“I price compared with 2 other tire shops in town about all seasom tires with the snow ratings on them. Not only did they beat them by about 200 to 400 dollars, but then added a Veteran's diacount too! They had great service on the day my tires were installed, I had been sitting there for about 2.5-hours and was about to walk up and ask about my service. “Our online order got messed up, they forgot a patty and put half of the supposed amount of meatballs on it. We realized it only after getting home 15 mins later. I was really annoyed but the guy behind the counter (was apparently a new shift) managed it brilliantly. Offered us two free cookies (one each) and made us two new and perfect looking subs. “Haydn was absolutely amazing and he was super attentive, nice, and was so helpful when placing and making the order. He is someone who really knows what he was doing. Only thing I want to say about this place and the reason I want to give it low is how the upper management treated him. The manager on shift would scold him over anything that happened, like missplaced stuff, and would be just overall cruddy to him, but the other girl she was with, she was super nice too and were totally friends. Seeing how Haydn was treated was horrible especially considering he was by far the best and just best employee ever.5 stars for himBut for whoever was there that night, deserves a negative a billion for how they treated there staff.“

The veggies and bread looked very fresh (you really can't say that with all Subways, as you know already) They made a mistake on all our subs and forgot to add jalapenos but it is a great place overall compared to some other Subways. If the mistake wasn't made and they were a bit more friendly; they would have had five stars. I will definitely go back to this location.“

“Best clerk I ever had at subway on West Saanich Rd was this young man, very professional...There were.three of us in our group (we each ordered a footlong)and then a lone customer after us. The clerk appeared to be the only one on duty at the time but he made our subs to perfection and then proceeded to serve the next customer without skipping a beat.Great service/customer service.“

They have a lot of different types of sandwiches now on their menu and the staff were really friendly. Other than the table not being super clean I liked my sandwich and my daughter was super happy.“
“I will say, there are a lot of subways on the strip of Shelbourne, north of Hillside. Three come to mind immediately. I choose this one.The sandwiches are made neatly and consistently, it's not too busy, and the parking is painless. “Subway is one of my favourite go-tos. Usually for a salad. It seems that the majority of fast food places have an off taste to their lettuce especially, but also their other veggies. Somehow Subway has figured out how not to ruin the taste. Service is usually good.“
“This is by far the best subway in Victoria, I always go around Subway to Subway to try and find the best one in my area, I've been in Victoria for about a year now, and I've tried every subway here, I go back like three or four times and then move to the next one, depending on the quality service and the size of the sub. These guys by far make the fattest and juiciest subs if you request. At other subway locations, sometimes I feel like I have to fight and pay with an arm and a leg to get that extra lettuce that I so desire, I have OCD and slight traits of Autism, so I need to have that reliable lettuce packed cold cut combo, they make it to perfection and I can always count on this location. I literally drive passed other subways to go to this one cause I know I'm not gunna get ripped off in the toppings. (On a separate note, I see other reviews here about bad experiences requesting compensation for an error on their sub. And I bet you their bad experience was purely on their personal attitude towards the business, because I have had an error on my subway sandwich at this location, ICalled in and the manager was happy to fix everything, he did not give me a hard time or anything, and was very polite and professional. So I don't know why anyone would ever have a hard time with these guys.) Once again I would like to thank everyone at this subway location for the great experiences and will be coming here for every sub until I move out of victoria. You guys really keep a good name for subway, you should be proud. ❤️“
