“LOVE this shop! I come here whenever I need a gift for someone who's hard to shop for, or for an out-of-towner. There is a wonderful variety of local and handcrafted things, and they also sell a big variety of looseleaf tea. Staff is always friendly. I would happily spend an entire paycheque here (and several hours of browsing) if I could!“

“The grounds are well kept with probably the largest variety of plants in the area. The tour was easily paced and very informative. My grandmother was able to easily walk around and see everything. The afternoon tea was delicious and our favorite part of the visit! 10/10 💫 🩵“

“Always a special evening to dine at Butchart Gardens. The food is creative, delicious, presented attractively on the plate. The service is always terrific and the ambiance, both of the house, that now serves at the dining room, and the views to the Gardens (or spectacular Christmas light display this time of year) makes for such a memorable evening.“

“We took my parents to Butchart Gardens to enjoy their Holiday Tea. Immediately we were hospitably greeted by a gentleman offering to hang our coats and welcomed us into the dining room. Our server Lauren was most gracious and patient as she explained the menu to us. (My parents are elderly and sometimes take a little longer to do things). We were served tea and a beautiful tiered tray of sandwiches, scones and sweets. The room was extremely calm, the music added to a relaxing atmosphere. In every way, we had a most enjoyable experience at Butchart Gardens Dining Room. We will definitely visit again.“
