Had dinner on Sunday, August 9th with my Brother and his family and while the food and ambiance was great as usual, the highlight was our waiter Scott. He was great!!
The Keg, having been a fixture for decades, is reliably consistent. This location, on Fort Street, is our favourite on the island, overlooking as it does Victoria's inner harbour which is abuzz with water traffic of all descriptions including sleek yachts, water taxis and sea planes. Very pretty and entertaining view if you request a table by a window. Views are best from the upstairs level - although that incurs a trek downstairs to the bathrooms. Our server was amazing. She took care of all of our needs, and I was disappointed that the lobster have very little meat in it and by the time I got the steak, it was cold, but thankfully, it was taken care of other than that. We had a great experience with our server and everything else was good thank you.
