Need workers, but we always get our food
After ordering a JBC and 10 nuggets I waited 5 minutes before being told I have to wait 5 more for the nuggets to be put in. They seem very under staffed (I only saw 4 staff) and at least one or two were in training. The cashier was having to do burger prep between orders, the gentleman behind me has been waiting 10 minutes just to even be acknowledged he exists.
I definitely encourage going to any other Wendy's location if at all possible. or if you don't have to be...read full review

Wendy's offers good, fresh burgers and fries, with quick and friendly service. The drive-thru often has no wait, though service can sometimes be careless, with staff forgetting items or not noticing customers waiting. The location features a small parking lot that usually has available spots. The restaurant has a clean and modern look, and the welcoming staff make it a convenient spot for a quick meal. Customers can enjoy a variety of flavors from the soda fountain, and the apple pecan salad remains a popular choice. Despite some issues with service, the food quality remains good and reasonably priced. Recently, customers have noted that fries are excellent and hot, though burgers may sometimes be less satisfactory. The restaurant is spacious and generally clean, and the staff are polite. The Frosty, especially the chocolate one, is a favorite. However, some experiences have been less positive, with staff appearing unenthusiastic and mistakes in orders such as missing items or unhelpful responses to requests for sauce swaps, which can feel unprofessional. Overall, it remains a place where people can get a satisfying burger or chicken strip, but service inconsistencies have been noted.
