Great spot!
Please ensure the barista who was taking orders today is properly trained. She repeated our order twice but still entered it incorrectly. Then, in front of us-the customers who placed the order-she told the barista making the drinks that we had never said it was supposed to be iced. Making a false statement in front of the customers instead of admitting the mistake is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
I have to pick people up from the ferry and I always stop in for a cappuccino. It's been prompt and delicious each time. See you soon
