“Thierry is such an elegant café in Ambleside, West Vancouver! The interior is absolutely beautiful, with modern décor, gorgeous fresh flowers and a lovely, relaxing atmosphere.

The display of colourful macarons, cakes and pastries is incredible—everything looks like a little work of art! We enjoyed the beautiful Lemon Mousse Fruit Cake, the Chocolate Marquise—made with hazelnut dacquoise, salted caramel, crisp praline and chocolate mousse—and a perfectly made cappuccino. Everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious!

“Very spacious place with plenty of seating both inside and outside. The tables were quite clean.

The latte was rich and fairly strong, which I really liked. They also have a good selection of treats, pastries, rolls, and sandwiches to go with your coffee.“
