“Originally, there was a small hiccup with my ordered unicorn cake. Mistakes happen, I get it. After a few discussions, it was corrected and prepared for my 6 year old daughter. Upon seeing the cake, my daughter literally yelled out with excitement and said (direct quote) " This is the best cake I have ever seen!".“

“I love Baskin-Robbins. Honestly, the second I saw it I already knew I had to try it. The young lady with glasses working there was super sweet and patient, explained all the flavours, and made the experience feel really welcoming. And OMG…… Beach Day and Salted Caramel Pretzel were SO good. Definitely get samples before choosing because you might end up loving flavours you wouldn’t expect😉“

“We got some pancakes from their food truck and there was a small issue with their pancake machine, but we had to catch the shuttle for Grouse mountain and had to leave. The owner said that he would run and get us the pancakes to the bus, but, the bus had to leave. Then we were on our way and crossed the bridge when we saw him in his truck driving next to us with the pancakes. He followed our bus and delivered the pancakes when the bus stopped! This is definitely the most incredible service and one of our highlights of the year! What an awesome amazing person who deserves all the best! “Such a lovely spot with an amazing view right beside Lonsdale Quay. They have so many different ice cream flavors to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is super relaxing, especially when sitting outside and enjoying the waterfront view. Perfect place to hang out with friends, go for a walk, or just treat yourself on a nice day. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend checking it out!“

“I had a very disappointing experience here. I had a “WE SPEND” voucher that clearly listed this store and its address. Before leaving, I double-checked to make sure everything was correct. While I was waiting in line, the staff started talking to me and asked me to choose an ice cream flavor, so I said coconut and pistachio. By the time I reached the counter, they had already scooped one for me. Then they told me they received a call yesterday saying they would no longer accept the voucher. I was left with no choice but to pay, and it felt like I was being forced into a purchase rather than being supported in enjoying a local business. On top of that, this gelato isn’t even half as good as Passione Gelato—which is cheaper too. Completely frustrating and disappointing.“

“Monica provided wonderful customer service. I arrived just after closing and happened to catch her before she left, and she was incredibly kind and got out of her car to ask what I needed. She kindly let me quickly come in to grab a premade cake. I had come all the way from Abbotsford, so I really appreciated the help. I ended up getting two cakes instead of one, both the green tea and ube cakes were really good. The flavours were accurate and potent to taste. The ube in particular was one of the best I’ve had as a Filipino. Thank you for the great experience!“

“They have variety of ice cream and milkshake flavors. You can have two free samples of different flavors before ordering. They have a special flavor called “AkbarMashti” which is basically saffron mixed with rosewater and pistachio. The milkshake wasn’t as what I expected. Seating is limited, so you might not get a table.“

“I just had my first taste of the baking from this fine establishment. Wow! It is hard to find rich tasting melt-in-your-mouth gluten free cookies - and these are fabulous. Any cookie lover, gluten intolerant or not, would love them. I bought an assortment and am working m way through them. Yes, the coconut ones are amazing - and the almond - and the chickpea flour, and on and on.
I might also add that these tasty things are also very reasonably priced.

“An amazing little desert spot. Great service and the deserts were delicious. We had the tiramisu, coconut cake and pineapple cheesecake. All were great but if I had to pick one, it would be the tiramisu. Very good earl grey tea served in stoneware. Also, the warm water is a nice touch to go with cold desert on a chilly November day.“

“The gelato wasn’t bad, and the Toblerone flavour could be more vibrant. It felt bland, I was expecting more flavour and it didn’t deliver. The Peach Mango was good though, it was vibrant and clear. The service was great—very encouraging and helpful.

“What a hidden gem in the neighbourhood! The underground parking with elevator access makes it so easy to visit with kids. I highly recommend for families.
The shop itself is cozy and welcoming with an incredible selection of ice cream flavours for both kids and adults. Every single flavour we tried was amazing and it was seriously hard to choose.
A special mention to Hazel at the cashier who was absolutely lovely and patient, especially with my children as they took their time deciding. That kind of genuine and attentive service makes all the difference and is the reason we will definitely be coming back.
One small thing, there are no customer washrooms in the store, but the elevator right in front takes you to the theatre upstairs where you can use theirs. Not a dealbreaker at all.
If you are in the area do yourself a favour and stop by. The ice cream and the service are both worth it. 5 stars easily.“

The gelato was rich and delicious, the cheesecakes were fresh and beautifully made, and the coffee was excellent. What really stood out, though, was how genuinely friendly and welcoming the staff were. The cozy atmosphere made us want to stay longer and enjoy the moment. A lovely spot for a relaxing treat, whether you're meeting friends or just taking a break for yourself. We’ll definitely be back!“
