“We were a small retreat group hosting in West Kelowna, and swung by Kekuli a day or two beforehand. Since we tried to breakfast bannocks, they were able to accommadate a last minute order for our group of 7. The ladies had a filling and yummy breakfast that kept the group full until lunchtime! “Had a very lovely dinner here tonight! Started with a charcuterie board and a cheese board and both were amazing, they complement each other beautifully but would have been just as good as a stand alone appy! I had the chicken sandwich (buffalo style with added Gorgonzola cheese), as my main and it was delicious! Our table also enjoyed all three desserts to share and they were very wonderful, perfect crème brûlée, a light lemon pound cake with ice cream and blueberries, and a great cheesecake brownie combo! “From the outside, you would never guess what’s waiting inside Skinny Duke’s. The moment we walked in, it felt like we had stepped straight into a 1960s living room. The nostalgia is incredible, and what a great space!

Our service started a little slower than expected, but it was a packed Friday night, so we completely understood. Once Avery took care of us, the experience really came together. Avery was fantastic with recommendations, knew the menu well, and helped guide us toward some memorable dishes.

The food definitely left an impression. It is a little on the pricier side, but the flavours and overall experience help justify it.

Between the atmosphere, the food, and the people, Skinny Duke’s is one of those places that feels like more than just dinner. It has personality, character, and a sense of nostalgia that you don’t come across very often.

“My partner and I went here for brunch with my in-laws. The experience was so lovely. The location, vibe and decor of this location is stunning. I wish I took some photos.

The food was really good, with great portion sizes. Most of us were full before we finished our meal! They were very accommodating to all our allergies and the staff was so friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend coming here for a lovely breakfast!“

“We were lucky to be able to have supper on their patio, as the smoke from the forest fires cleared yesterday. We have been to Cedar Creek several times and mentioned that to our waitress, when she asked if we had been there before. We have also had the 3 course and 5 course meals in the past. However, we think she should have informed us (or reminded us) that the Baraka cheese appie was a 'shared' plate when I ordered it and not when it showed up on the bill as an extra cost.“

“We celebrated our son’s birthday here at Lakeside Dining Room on July 12, and it turned out to be an unforgettable night thanks to their incredible staff.

Midway through dinner, we got a text alert that our dog was barking back in the room, so my husband had to rush out. When we reached out to the manager to sort things out, they were exceptionally kind. Not only did they treat us to the drinks and appetizers we had already enjoyed, but they also went out of their way to help us book a table at another restaurant in the resort that welcomes dogs.

The food was top-tier—seriously so good. We couldn't even finish everything because the portions were generous, but we're already dying to go back.

“I love the White Spot. Consistency is their middle name. Food is good. Service is always nice. Atmospherenis predictable but good. They are always where you need them. Comfortable. And confortable is an important attribute.

However, the breakfast menu has shrunk a lot. I understand, but wow! Its pretty limiting.“
