“Came all the way from the states(Iowa) and had the best Splitzy Burger bowl! It was so delicious. I'm going to have to try to replicate it but I know I won't be able to do it justice.“

“We come to Blacks pub every year and a group of 6 of us came back this afternoon, our server was Allie who was absolutely amazing, definitely the nicest server we’ve ever had. Super quick service in a very busy pub, great drink and cocktail recommendations, honestly would come back just for her she was the best!“

“Burger was delicious and hit the spot, service was mediocre. It definitely wasn’t clear if you could add toppings to your burger after paying or it came as is. I didn’t want onions in mine and asked if it could be replaced with extra tomatoes and she reluctantly did it.“

“One of the spots where you would be probably judge by staff (cos they see a lot of people, might be the game, might be attitude, not sure, but you can feel it if you monitor that, I do, professional deformation) but they will still do their job great. At least our server was amazing, he would catch my eye every time I looked at him.
We had 3 course dinner and other dishes , requested to bring it all together as we were sharing. I love course dinners and the whole idea and food in general but that day we just wanted enjoy good food, leave full and happy. Burrata was my favourite, ceviche - amazing! Hazelnut chocolate dessert Wooow! All the compliments to the Chef! Presentations and taste is really good!“

“Super attentive, hands on staff, I was greeted promptly and seated in an incredibly timely manner. Food was incredible! The wake up call and a mimosa was just what the doctor ordered after a long night of debauchery. As soon as I was inside I knew I'd be coming back to try everything on the menu, and I can't wait until I get to eat here again. Side note, my wife ate here months ago, and her experience inspired me to come.“

“Just tried the Spicy Bacon Burger, Apple Pie, and Big Mac meal—and wow, it was seriously delicious! Each item had its own bold flavor, and together they made for a satisfying combo. The taste was noticeably different from what I’ve had in Australia—richer, spicier, and somehow more indulgent. Honestly, I think it’s better here. The bacon had a smoky kick, the Big Mac was extra juicy, and the apple pie was perfectly crisp and warm. Definitely worth the splurge!“
