I was here just to buy a canada mug which was really nice that they had it but the staff got visibly annoyed when I didn’t leave a tip which was kind of unprofessional in my opinion.
I would of course leave a tip if I was getting a coffee but this was strange.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how consistently wonderful this team is. Every time I come in, they are friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming, always acknowledging customers coming through the door and making you feel noticed.

Starbucks in Whistler village is often busy but the staffs didn’t fail to give an amazing service to their customers. They were all friendly and happy to serve all the time. Shout out to Ms. Gemma and Mercy who were always willing to serve with a smile, and very polite. Also, the products being displayed were organized. Overall, the experience was superb! 😊
