I was in Laura's Coffe Corner today and witnessed the owner of this coffee shop be absolutely horrible to a customer with a service dog. He was yelling in her face and telling her to leave. When the woman tried to educate him about the dog being a service dog, he would not listen, even though she showed him her goverment ID and showed him the BC govenments webpage on Service Dog Accessibility on her phone.
