Definitely one of the best Japanese restaurant in White Rock and the greater Vancouver area.All the fish are of top quality and beautifully presented. For my first visit, the best part was the bluefin chutoro sashimi (the ordinary uni was just ordinary to be honest; should have tried something fancier) and the fois gras/lobster tail/flounder fringe aburi sushi. The food here is absolutely AMAZING! As someone who lived in Japan for four years, this sushi definitely reminded me of my time there. I highly recommend this place. Only downside is that it’s slightly pricey, but you definitely pay for the quality and in my opinion it is worth it.

Simply divine. Limited seating, so book beforehand. Server is very knowledgeable and supportive. The fish itself is extremely fresh and has no fishy taste at all. Each dish is crafted with care and excellence. They even had a fish that was almost extinct! A restaurant to experience, comes with a steep price tag, that's for sure! Feel free to ask for the servers recommendations.
