I love Laura's. Have been going for years and the baked goods are superb but lately I've been disappointed with the soups and sandwiches. The salmon chowder was so over salted it was virtually inedible. The veggie sandwich had no seasoning whatsoever. The vegetables were cut so large it was difficult to eat and it would have benefitted from some salt and pepper and perhaps a smear of pesto or more mayo. Food was great. I have been there around five times. Not in love with the service. I was there with one friend that haven't seen in a long timeI was very into the conversation that forgot about my sandwich.The cashier didn't tell me that I suppose to wait for it, sometimes you have to wait for around ten minutes which is understandable since it is made fresh so I decided to wait in my table and enjoy the conversation with my friend. First time I've ever been and was thoroughly impressed! I am extremely picky when it comes to food and I was very happy that the server was willing to answer all my questions and create a dish that I would be happy with. The coffee was great!
