“After eating here, I am convinced that heaven exists. I could spend a lifetime inside this restaurant and not find a single thing to improve. This is the best poke place I have ever been to in my entire life...top quality everything. There is much more than poke here too. It's clean, it's fast, it's a good price, it's delicious, and it's a lot of food.“

“Once we figured out that we were actually in Hooked on Poke, it took a little more time to figure out HOW to order. There was no ingredients to look at, like most Poke’ restaurants. We found an order slip on the counter. The slip had all the ingredients on it. You check off what you want in your bowl and hand your slip to the order taker, when they finally come out from the back room. This method of customer service is a bit awkward, but the food was very good, and now that I know their method, I’ll be back. We did see customers walk out because of this method of ordering. They were looking for Poke’, and didn’t see the normal Poke’ operation. So they left. This was a family of 5.“

“Had spicy chicken bulgogi BiBimBob yesterday and I was very happy. Portion, seasoning and spicy level was on it for me. They provided extra gochujang which I didn't need. I am super picky about poke, so will give it a try and report back.“

“Everyone in our house used to like poke. After we found Poke Chop, we LOVE poke! They have so many options of fish and sauces and toppings. I’ve never found as big of a selection. My daughter would eat here every day if I’d let her. There aren’t many places in Hillcrest where a family of 3 can get dinner for around $30, and be totally stuffed, and not feel blah afterwards. The fish is always really fresh. The only thing that could make it better is if they added mango, mmmmm. We try to eat there as much as possible because it will be a very sad day if they close. (It’s a reality in the Hillcrest restaurant business ☹️).“

“Went to Sea World over Spring break, after we left we wanted to check out Teri Cafe for dinner rather than eating in the park. Much better food and much more reasonable. This is their second location, had not been to this one before, glad we stopped, great food, great service, Ohana style vibes. You walk in and order at the counter, then seat yourself and they bring it to you. They give large portions here, which I love, not only large portions, but great food as well. Yum! I got the Dinner special #1. Coke with Teriyaki chicken, miso soup, California roll or Spicy tuna roll (for an up charge) potato salad and a huge salad. The plate it comes out on is massive and the food covers it all. I ate a good amount, but did nit finish it all. Saved some for the next day. The teriyaki chicken was tender and grilled nicely, the spicy tuna, salad, potatoes salad and the miso soup were are very flavorful and delicious. You get all that food for $17, what a deal. Our dinner for 4 cost less than what we spend at Sea World for a simple lunch. Enjoy!“
