“My boyfriend and I stopped in here on Saturday. Was not expecting the portions to be so generous! I got the chicken salad and my BF got a mixed chicken /beef plate. The food was super yummy and the staff is so friendly and welcoming!

“This was our first time eating at Surf Brothers since we are visiting from the Dallas, TX area. We wanted something that wouldn’t be too heavy and greasy because we’re doing a lot of driving around today. The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Might be the best sticky rice we’ve ever eaten. The older gentleman who brought our food (maybe the owner) was incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Surf Brothers if you want something delicious, light, and fresh. We will be returning the next time we are in town. -Urgent Eyecare“

“Great poke! A solid spot for a good poke bowl I wouldn't say it's like the poke in Hawaii But the fish is fresh and delicious, They have a lot of delicious sauce options and a great variety of toppings! to make this place perfect for me personally it would be great for them to add a cucumber noodle base for the bowls, cucumber miso sauce And a truffle ponzu would be top notch! However that's just what would make it perfect for me. It's a great place and I will be back, definitely worth checking out!“

“The food at L&L is always good for the price. However, Luis at San Marcos location (inside Walmart) provided amazing service. There was a mistake on our order. He immediately took care of it. He also came over to our table to check on us. He even gave us a dessert. Way to go out of your way to fix a small mistake. This doesn’t happen at fast food places. Good job Luis! Thank you for making us feel special.“

Either eating in or ordering pickup/delivery is always a great treat. Volcano chicken is my fave (always with extra macaroni salad!), the musubi is perfect, and the BBQ sampler is another great pick! The portions are super generous and the food is great quality.“

“This is the place!!! We eat here couple times a week. Love the bbq and katsu chicken, it’s always perfect!! Try the gravy on the katsu, life changer. Garlic shrimp is life, Teri beef and musubi make my family happy. The Mac salad is 10/10 and the staff cares about your experience! So lucky to have this in our neighborhood!! Malasadas, Lumpia, fried chicken skin!! Let’s go to L and L 🤩🌟 eat the Kalua with cabbage, yum!!! I’ve cheesecake and Hawaiian juice all the flavors❤️“

“If you have not tried this place yet - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! the food was cooked perfectly and very fresh. The restaurant inside is very clean and inviting, the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall the best experience I have had with take-out for a looong time. Go there, you'll be glad you did :)“
