“This place is less than 2 blocks from my house but I finally made it there yesterday for a lunch date with my wife. It exceeded all of my expectations.The low lighting and overcast day made for a great date vibe in the restaurant dining area.I'm not a big Sushi guy but the food was A+. And it's presentation was just as good as ots taste. 10 of 10 we will be back“

“I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The sushi is incredible and their spicy fried rice is delicious. I was a little disappointed when I got home though because one of our rules was not in the box. But I called and they offered to replace it the next time I'm there. I got the hot mama and the golden tiger. 5/5 for both rolls“

“Finally tried this spot after years of passing by. I love that you can get a variety of options for the bento boxes, including poke and a variety of sushi rolls. All the rolls we have tried have been very fresh and good. I love that the rolls are half the size of normal rolls so you have the ability to order more options. I do wish that you were able to just order poke on its own. Overall I do recommend and have came back multiple times already.“

“It was great, smaller and less formal (more comfortable for me anyway,) than others but I feel like the food is better, there’s Way More food: much more of the teppanyaki + soup & salad - drinks extra of course. We went for my daughter’s bday & they gave her ice cream with a candle in it and sang Happy Birthday.A very nice evening.“

“Last time I was at Pete's Teriyaki was in the late 1990's (way out on west Shaw Ave. near Pardini's, assuming it's the same people/business). They were amazing then, so I was more than a little excited when I saw this location on Herndon closer to home. I don't know how long they've been there but I'm sure glad I spotted it. I brought home some veggie tempura for the kids (they freakin' love veggie tempura) and some teriyaki chicken for myself. Great food, great price (which is saying a lot for most places nowadays). I will happily be back for more!“
