“For the most part, Starbucks is a great place to get a beverage that will give you the pick up you need to get through the day! The food is very good but could use bigger portions. The service varies from store to store but most of the time it's very good and in a lot of cases extremely great!!! The atmosphere is solid in most of the stores. Out of everything stated on this survey, the atmosphere could use the most improvement.“

“Starbucks has the best roasted espresso coffee to go. Smells great when they grind up the coffee beans. For a long time I've always appreciated the excellent service. When I was still working a few years back I had a early morning service call to attend to at 5:00 A. M. On the way to friant I stopped at Starbucks for a Green Tea being that I was recovering from a flu bug. The supervisor told me they were out and asked if I would accept a different herbal tea which was good with me. I was getting ready to pay for my tea and supervisor on duty was telling me there is no need to pay after I was willing to pay and the supervisor was saying we should've had what you originally asked for so it's on us. I've always had very good service at a Starbucks no matter what location I've gone to. I know they've been around a long time and I hope they're around for many more years to come. A Business like this deserves 10 stars. Thanks Starbucks. Keep up the great customer service.“

“Honestly? I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and this is by far my favorite location. The staff here are super nice and attentive, always greeting everyone that walks through the door. The abundant outlets really help for those that need to power their gadgets and I really like the leather seating. I must admit the drive thru entrance can be tricky to get in but I mainly come here to study. Overall, it’s just a vibe!“

“Great place but sometime the ordered drinks taste subpar like for example fruit drinks had only a few chop fruits with ton of ices when order were specified to add lesser ice. The coffee frap ice blend had lesser syrup added but this is not 100% of the time. Just occasionally that happen that the drink taste horror.“

“You know, it's become the norm, having to wait longer and longer than the rest of the other customers going thru drive thru. And, it doesn't matter about the location either. My wife and I had just left our doctor's appointment and wanted a cup of coffee and possibly something to have with our coffee so, we decided to get off our vehicle and sit down to have our drinks. We ordered a venti cup of pike's coffee with a croissant sandwich, and I had a venti cafe Americano with almond milk and a bacon sandwich. My wife's coffee came right away, our sandwiches came over 10 minutes later, and finally, my cafe Americano came out. In the meantime, at least 10, if not more orders were processed and picked up, and my sandwich had already gotten cold. Didn't want to make a big deal, so we ate our sandwiches as best we could. Afterwards, I asked my wife if she wanted anything else and she mentioned that she'd like a chocolate croissant, so I got up and ordered what she wanted and I ordered a slice of the pumpkin loaf. Again, the wait was long, and I began to see a pattern developing...if you come in to place an order, you better be prepared to wait! Really, how long does it take to warm up 2 pastries? I get it, and I guess other's orders seem to take precedence over mine, or so it seems. But like I said earlier, this is happening at all Starbuck's. With all the many people which are crowded behind the counter, perhaps, someone needs to see if the level of service might be able to get tweaked a bit, and get to those who have stood in, ordered their drinks and or snacks, and try to get their items on a more timely matter? Moreover, if this is a peek into the future of "fast food", then, people that
work at places like Starbuck's should maybe take look from the other side of the counter and experience what the customer is experiencing, and perhaps, take note of what they can do to make it better for the customer.“

“It was pouring down rain but since it was my daughter 's birthday today she got one free? And my granddaughter had a coupon buy one and get one free...what a deal and they still was a big line for coffee. Staff were great, Good Service.“

“3/29/24 - Fairly good Starbucks location!Situated within walking distance of shopping, nice outdoor seating, if a little unsheltered from the sun at times, and the staff are exceptional. Inside is pleasantly lit, but there is no soft seating. The window seats are very nice, and there's some nice secluded corner spots with shaded window light to the left of the entrance.Like I said, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The music, on my visit, was at a reasonable volume, easily drowned out by my quiet, over-ear headphones.This location, as of today, does have working outlets. There is no soft seating, unfortunately, but there is lots of ADA accessible seating available, with a long table at wheelchair height in an open and central situation. As for the internet, I got a measly 10 megabits per second up and down: maybe some light video calls if you're lucky, but don't push it.With poor WiFi and no soft-seating (which is a big deal after a while of sitting down) I'll give this place a 7/10. Still very serviceable with it's central location and cozyness.

“I went in for a simple drink, and was blown away when I observed the gentleman who took my oder in a full on Conversation in ASL with a deaf female customer. AMAZING to see. LOADS of kuddos to not only Starbucks, but that gentalman. I will happily ve retruning.“

“Best Starbucks out of all I've been too. I'm addicted to their hot chocolate and do a SB mobile order 6 days a week mostly from this location when I am not traveling. I have some very specific preferences to my order that make it outside of the norm and have never had any problem with my specialized mobile order being ready when the app said it would be ready and my special requirements have always been done correctly. The workers at this location are always welcoming and friendly even during their busiest hours and when it is busy, boy do they hustle. I've been traveling again recently and read reviews of other SB locations and there are so many poor reviews for other SB locations. Traveling has made me realize how good I have it at my normal SB location and that I really needed to write a review to let others know what an unusually AWESOME job this particular SB location does each and every day.“

“Their a busy store and they keep up with the pace. The iced and frappe drinks arent ice cold and don't stay cold for very long, the ice melts fast. It then becomes a warm drink to fast even in a air condition car! We are in the valley and it gets up to 108 and higher. Maybe a cup sleeve that can help keep the drink cold! Hope it's helpful“

“I have had 2 recent visits where serviced failed a bit. One Saturday was a 2 for $10. Husband waited 20 min. I never did get confirmation if my drink was made. I had to call CS for a refund. Today, i waited in the store after sending an order through the phone app. I finally asked about it. My drink was sitting by the drive-through.
Also, the phone app messed up. I ordered 2 mocha fraps and bakery items. Deal was for any mocha, a frap and bakery item. App wouldn't accept my frap as a mocha. I had to order another drink.
Most of the time, i love starbucks and rewards.“

“Pretty standard Starbucks, drinks are good, food is fair. They’re very on top of mobile orders usually which is much appreciated. Most of the baristas are friendly and greet you at the register or pickup area. Shoutout to Trevor who’s usually on drive thru when I visit. He’s always personable, friendly, and has a smile on his face.“

“It's a very clean location! The staff are very casual and extremely friendly and helpful. The cashier that night helped my mom get her gift card set up and put in the numbers for her, and helped us get a good deal on our beverages.They are NOT open till 10:30 anymore: only until 10:00 PM. They are open from 4:30, though; earlybirds rejoice!It's a very spacious seating area, and the outside seating is shady and comfortable, if a little close to the cars. The chargers are plentiful, and there is soft seating. The WIFI is unusually fast here. Also: there is a large amount of ADA accessible seating here, in fact it's the majority.All in all, 10/10 location! Highly reccomend.
