“I would give 5 star because we visit this place twice in a week for takeout , every time its a fabulous experience but this time its really disappointed as it closed at 11 and we were there at 10.40 as in map and google shows its open but when we reached it was closed . We drove for 30 mins just bcz of their ice creams .“

“Came to Heavenly Freeze for the first time and was genuinely blown away with the amazing service and quality of product. Arianna helped me out today and she was so helpful and informative! If. I could give 6 stars, I would. Arianna answered every question I had and really gave me an amazing first time customer experience. Will be coming back for sure with all my friends and family. This place needs to expand with more employees like Arianna for sure!“

Summer flavors hit the spot. Many flavors to choose from. My favorite is cookie dough. Of course, tons of toppings but becareful because it adds up quickly. I recommend to sign up for the points. I get my 5$ credit easily“

“I have been coming to this ice cream shop for many years and every time i go, i am never disappointed and i always get good customer service. I am very picky about where i shop and especially for my ice cream. Prices are cheap and good, they have many selections to choose from.“
“This is not only the distribution center, but they sell the paletas here now too along with other frozen desserts, like mangoneadas. The area for this is small, but they do have tables outside if you want to eat your treat there. These paletas have been my favorite since I was a kid, so it's nice to visit and buy them directly. The person helping us was nice too.“

“First time going here and I must say that it was way better than most fast food burger joints. My daughter loved her food. I tasted it and it was delicious. We went through the drive-thru and the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back soon to try more items from the menu. She got the #3 bacon cheeseburger meal and a Oreo shake. 10 out of 10!“

“First time here! If you’re looking for a sweet treat, I highly recommend this place. I got the mango and strawberry flavor with coconut flakes and pineapple. Customer Service was great! 😊“

“Every time I eat here it’s delicious! We love the burgers ! Been eating here for years and now with the new Management food is still delicious and the customer service is 10/10. I highly recommend this place ! If there is cars in the drive thru be prepared for a little wait as good is made fresh per order but it is worth it !“

“We were greeted with a smile as soon as walked in. We were waited on Sam who was very friendly. The staff worked very well together (Sam, Shawn, and Luis). It was the best experience that I have had a a Baskin-Robbins. I ordered a Bannana Strawberry smoothie, and my wife and son ordered ice cream.“
