“First time trying this place. Let me start off by saying that the customer service was great. I think that goes a long way in today's world. The food was delicious. I had a smash burger with Jalapeños and bacon and the chicken and Gyro over rice. I also had the superman drink. I enjoyed it all. I recommend this place for good food and great customer service.“

I ordered the two piece tender basket with coleslaw in place of fries for my side.. I paid the extra $1 to enjoy the Chipotle sauce.. I also requested medium spice..

The tenders are more akin to a full half chicken breast.. Quite large, lightly breaded, and wonderfully seasoned, my tenders were delivered tableside hot and fresh from the fryer.. The coleslaw, though chopped a little bigger than I typically prefer, was cold, crisp, and flavorful, too..

The garlic toast, prepared on a thick slice of Texas toast, was the perfect closer for the meal.. All in all I enjoyed everything about the meal and am thankfull I didn't order the three tender offering as it would have been too much food for this guy!!

Sassy Bird is an unassuming storefront nestled in a very appealing Lancaster business district among many other dining and retail offerings.. If you want to experience a cool, local venue, then Sassy's easily meets that requirement..“

“Hey guys. Big Chick-fil-A fans here, so this one hurt a little. We waited while our food was being made, but everything came out cold. Cold fries, cold sandwiches, and drinks that were basically iced water. Even the side of pickles was only two, and the requested mayo was missing. Tried calling to report it, but we’re still waiting to talk to a manager… and we’re still waiting…“
