Just came in and Cynthia saw how tired I was and was extremely friendly and helpful and empathetic while I was ordering. She even made me laugh whilst half asleep haha. Thank you Cynthia you’re the best!!!
You can't go wrong with El Pollo Loco. We all know they have delicious chicken. But did you know they have beef too. I'm not sure if this is temporary or permanent. But I had the beef taco salad this week, and it was delicious. The beef was tender and delicious. I'm definitely going to try that again.

Omg every time I come here at night on a Saturday the two young ladies always have a cheerful spirit and show me great customer services. I tried to remember their names but I do know they are the second shift ..Kid-friendliness: Great service
