“Ah maze ballZ! Can I say that in a review? I got the spicy chili ramen. It has lemon and cilantro which are two things I LOVE! staff was very nice and one young lady was super helpful. I went back two days in a row for more of the ramen I chose and tried the fried chicken. It was ok but the ramen is where it's at. Enjoy! Downfall is that they close @3pm DAILY smfh

“Ramen Boy is an absolute diamond of a spot. Walking in, the atmosphere catches your eye in such a comforting and cozy way, immediately making you want to stay a while. If I could give the atmosphere 6 stars on its own, I would.

Greeted by kind waitstaff, I was already feeling like this place would be worth coming back to again even if the food wouldn't be up to par.

Luckily, the food wasn't just a par, but a hole in one. I ordered 3 starters, the California Roll, the Spicy Tuna Roll and Takoyaki (Octopus), originally listed on the menu as Ebiyaki (Shrimp). The California roll was very good, and the Takoyaki certainly surpassed expectations. But the star of the starters was far and away the Spicy Tuna Roll. Never in my life had I tried a Spicy Tuna roll so full of character. For such a simple roll, Ramen Boy found a way to make it extra special.

For the main course, I tried the Donkotsu Black Ramen. The broth had so much more character, depth and flavor than anything I was expecting. The noodles were soft and creamy, the pork was cooked perfectly where it was falling apart, but crispy on the edges. The entire bowl came together in a symphony that Beethoven himself would be jealous of.

No doubt in my mind, this is place to come back to over and over again. It is near perfect in every way.“

“Ordering on their QR code app at the table makes things quick and efficient. We had kung pao chicken, orange chicken, fried rice, and lo mein. Everything tasted and looked fresh, and very yummy! The inside was quiet, clean, nice vibe, and good temperature. We asked for adding spice to 2 items and they did it without fail. Friendly waiter and waitress who brought food and cleaned table quickly. Great place and service, will be back 👌🏾“

“The ladies here are wonderful! They keep everyone smiling and laughing even after their sandwiches are made. They engaged with my son more than a few times and made him feel comfortable enough to want to keep talking. I noticed that the ladies were like that with everyone who came in. I hope they continue to be that welcoming. My daughter ended up leaving her purse but didn’t really have anything stating how to get it back to her if lost and one of the ladies ended up calling AAA and having AAA get ahold of us so that my daughter was able to get her purse back. They were on it, I mean I walked in my door 5 minutes before and already had a phone call stating that the ladies would keep it there until we got back. I just want to say thank you and keep being amazing! <3“

“An amazing little jewel of a resturant. The chef's choice Sashimi was delicious, both scallop and spicy scallop sushi were awesome and all of the tako tasted great. Very creative fresh, fried, and baked rolls and a nice atmosphere with talkative chefs! Try the Candy roll for a delicious fresh roll or the Rattlesnake for a fried bite with a crispy finish!“

“So glad this place is around. The lettuce and tomato salad looked fresh. Diced perfectly ? I could hear the crunch, from the lettuce with every bite. I tried the pork and it was tasty and had some juice to it ? Not dry. Crispy bread came with it. The pizza, cheesy with just the right amount of crunch. I think his name is Mitchell. Great customer service skills. Please Poppy's don't change.

“What a wonderful gem here in Lancaster! My family and I were in town for a week, this place was recommended to us by our hotel. Complexity did not disappoint. We were lucky enough to have Dan, the owner wait on us. Dan recommended some amazing dishes and wines for my family. I have a friend that lives locally in Lancaster and she loves Complexity also. I can't wait to go back here next time I am in town. I recommend the Cali-Grilled Cheese sandwich- yummy!!!

“Stopped in at the restaurant because I was so hungry on the bus from Tehachapi; I had a half hour to kill for my bus home. So the first place I saw the fish place next door, but they didn't have seating inside, so I walked to next restaurant and went inside.

“I forgot to take a picture. What I ordered was the 6 dollar all you can eat 🥞 pancakes. I was really hungry and thought I could do a second helping! Well, was I in for a surprise 😁 Those 3 pancakes 🥞 were Huge! The pancakes were nice, fluffy 😋 and tasty. Defeated by the Huge, delicious pancakes and hot chocolate. I was ready to leave. Now, this Denny's also accepts AARP. Unfortunately, for me I could not find my AARP card. The waitresses were very helpful helping me to look for my card that Thursday morning. Anyway, when I went home. I found my card fell into the bottom of my 🛍️ bag. Very 👍 nice staff.
