“This is prob my favorite winery in is all place Madera calif. They have the best moscato at 15% in orange and black that is so very delicious. I moved out of state and I mail order it here normally with paying 1cent when they run their specials. Wish I lived close as going to their wine tasting room was always a great time.“

“Ficklin is a hidden gem. I never expected to find a world-class Port winery just a handful of miles west of Fresno. The sign said reservations are required to visit the gorgeous tasting room, but they cheerfully accommodated our unscheduled visit. None of the wines were less than $20, but the quality more than made up for that. We each got served three free samples. The wines were surprisingly different from each other. This is a true hidden gem in the central valley and worth a stop if you are driving through.“

“If you come for a takeout meal for the family, I recommend the Special House Fried Rice and Special House Chow Mein. Me and my family have always ordered this for years since we came to Madera. Some of the bad reviews come from a long time ago when they were closed for a while and switched management. During those times it did seem like the food was mediocre and the service was lacking, but they did change management again and it's back to being great. The food is back to being better than I remember it and the service is great. Very friendly work staff and the wait isn't long. Best Chinese restaurant in Madera in my honest opinion.

Parking: It's at the corner of a shopping center so the parking is massive.

Kid-friendliness: Decorations all over the restaurant are modest and nice. They have a coin machine near the door for a game I think dispenses balls. They have high chairs for children as well.“

“Today 8/15/2024 Best Dutch experience I've had since they opened. Cesar is the best he has the best attitude ever and a wonderful smile to go with it. He was ready to greet me and take my order when I wasn't lol excellent customer service he deserves a raise or giant gold star. Oh and don't let forget the little sweetie in the drive thru she was so great as well talking with me while I waited for my order to finish and I really appreciate the note she left on my cup again another one showing great customer service.
