“Everything and everyone was amazing, we just got out of a wedding and went to grab some food before we had a 2 hour drive back home. We got greater right when we walked through the door, our food got out to us quickly and it was hot and fresh.

“I went here on Friday evening. It wasn't my choice, but majority rules. I was originally going to order a one-piece dinner for $6.99, but the person who took my order told me to get one of the $5 specials. Normally, chicken breasts are really dry. This one was very moist and easy to eat! The only thing I would do differently is get the mashed potatoes instead of wedges.“

“This place had a great team. You could tell because they were like family and even the younger staff were confident and did excellent.

My experience was with William. I walked into the Lake Elsinore store and he was the front person.. I had movers at the house helping unload the truck and asked William the size of taco's and if they had like a value pack of 20 or so.. He was like, well let's see, and pulled up the screen options tinkered around and said yeah here's a 12 pack and salad, but for two it was like $65 and I was going to pay but he said or and found me a perfect combo with chips and salsa and I so happy. He just was a good guy, interested in where I moved to and why I left and came back, and where my son was. Like we had been long lost friends. It was a true human interaction that I thought was lost in newer generations. I value these because more times than not the restaurant person (especially not if in a waiteress transaction) anything outside give me burger and coke will be met with disinterested eye rolls.

“I like this place and get good service here. But today’s tostada salad was a joke. As it is the combo prices have gone way up post pandemic, but the portions are smaller. My tostada shell today is literally an inch high! Nothing there at all. Ridiculous! Whoever the supplier is needs to step it up and make the shells higher. If I wanted a flat little tostada I’d have ordered the 1$ value one off the Del Taco menu instead. Also side note: what’s up with all the dead landscaping on both sides of the drive up wall? Nobody noticed all the hedges and plants dying all over the place that are now a fire hazard. The sprinklers are either not working or turned off. This didn’t happen overnight. If you get the water going maybe they can be salvaged. All the other landscaping around the other shops including across the street is green. Either water them or pull them out then.“

“I love this location. They’re always nice and greet me. Everywhere with a kiosk ignores you but they always ask if you need any assistance with it. I appreciate that they give you as many salsas as you want. I went to the menifee location and they charged me. Even the app shows $0. Foods always right and I’ll keep coming to this location.“

“My Kids Love The Chicken Bowls!“

“I usually get the chicken veggie bowl with white rice which has never failed to disappoint what is disappointing is everytime i wash for more hot sauce they give me like 2 and then one extra. At least the blonde girl behind the counter does. When the other guy is here it’s fine he gives me a handful. the other location by the mall too gives me a whole bunch which i have more than i need which is great cause i’ll use it at home. I may sound like it’s a big deal and it’s not but i enjoy the hot sauce with my food and wish the girl would just give me 5 at least 3 for one bowl is never enough“

“Chick fil a is usually good with quality food since the price point is really high. The deluxe sandwich came with a small sad hot tomato and wilted lettuce, the only thing that appeared to be of quality was the chicken. Not the best managed spot. Could be the staff not putting out their best or management not overseeing their product. It wasn't just either just the car in front of me in drive thru and one car pulling up as i was getting my food.“

“I am extremely shocked by the reviews. I dined in today on my lunch break between court appearances. There was no line to order and the process was very quick. The wait time for food was reasonable for a lunch hour. As I was waiting, I observed several employees cleaning, asking to clear plates, asking guests for refills and chatting. The human interaction was great and I feel like as a society we are truly lacking more of that interaction. I was very impressed with an employee named Kathy. She was always on the go and asking all guests if they needed anything. I never saw one person throw their own trash away since she stopped them to take their dirty trays away.

Very impressed with this store and their top notch service. Will be back.“
