Carl's Jr in Visalia

“I went to Carl's Jr. on Main Street and bought two burritos, and the pico de gallo was spoiled. I returned them, and the general manager treated me terribly, even calling me a derogatory F name. That same day, I went to the Carl's Jr. on Mooney Boulevard and bought the same thing, and the food was completely different—hot, fresh, and the service was excellent. 100% recommended!“

“This Carl’s Jr is definatly the cleanest store with the friendliest workers I have ever been to. I like Carl’s Jr food and go to these restaurants frequently. This location has been an amazing experience from the great tasting fresh food to the amazing workers there. I’d like to appreciate shift leader Fatima for going above and beyond making my visit there nothing but incredible. Fatima handles her crew with care compassion and grace. Keeping everything rolling smoothly while still making sure the patrons every need are met Fatima is an exceptional employee and I was privileges to be a costumer during her shift on this evening. “We went there to grab a quick bite to eat after spending a few hours at imagine you. We had two adults and three kids ages approximately 7,8&9. We were the only people inside the place the whole time. The lady behind the counter was very nice but she had to take our order at the drive thru register for some reason idk. She did well tho. We ordered specific items with diet restrictions and we got exactly what we ordered without any mistakes (which happens a lot in other places). The kids and both my daughter and I left there feeling better with food in our tummy’s for sure!! The restroom was clean as well and well stocked. They keep the door locked tho so I had to go to the counter to ask to use the restroom which can be annoying at times. The food came out to the table hot and good but a little messy if it don’t get all over the place it don’t belong in your face!!“
