The first time I came here I ordered Mu Shu Pork and I must say it was pretty close to what I eat at Great Wall, If you are in Acton and at Thousand Trails and you want to eat out, give this place a try, I do not think you will be disappointed. The woman at the counter is ALWAYS pleasant ALWAYS has a smile for everyone and treats you like you are part of her family!! “My wife and I stopped by yesterday afternoon for the first time and we were so glad we did. Service in this place was great from the time we entered till the time we left. The food was amazing and the portions were huge but the friendliness of the staff and the owner made us feel like we've been regulars for years. Larry came by and checked on us and we stuck up a conversation, great guy. Such a great experience so we will definitely be back and I recommend the Rocky Mountain Oysters lol that was the reason why we went in in the first place“

“honestly dont overthink it, just go. i had the breakfast burrito and it was huge.. like barely finished it good huge the coffee was solid too. got the service quick even though it was busy basically no wait. my friend got the pancakes which looked amazing, definately shoulda ordered that insteaad. everyones know for the chili but i didnt try it this time. it was exactly what i wanted, comfortable and easy. gonna be my regular spot for sure“

“Update: 2023Tried it today, and it was great! Fast service, nice people. We had mixed tempura and 3 different rolls. We will come back again now.Service has gone down terribly. Like the last review, had to beg for everything. There was 1 guy at the bar like us and one table of a few people, I wouldn't say that's busy. At 2:30 we were told last call. Too much rice, too much eel sauce. Not worth a hundred dollars for sure. What's going on?“

“Honestly i went in bracing for the worst after this place was peak hour rammed and thought we'd be waiting foreve. But even with the crowd the burger came out so ridiculously fast i was genuienly surprised, like they actually have thier system figured out. I got the double cheeseburger and it was one of those messy, drippy, perfect burgers where you cant even be embarased becuase you know its just going to be worth it.

The fries were that soft kind that arent the spiciest but still manage to be the most comforting thing ever. It just felt like such a gift of great food and real good energy, i will absolutely go out of my way to come here again tommorrow.“

“So it was already a long day and I was honestly not in the best mood when we walked in but the server totally turned it around. she was so patient with us since we couldnt decide what to get and even cracked a joke that actually made me laugh. The bloomin onion came out super fast and was perfectly crispy, not soggy at all which i hate. My steak was cooked just right, medium rare like i asked without any fuss. the whole vibe was just relaxed and easy, felt like we were thier only table even though the place was pretty full. Their 2 tamale combo plate is a great bargain. Today my daughter had that, hubby got the Chile Verde plate and I got the Chile Verde burrito, wet. They often bring complimentary chips and salsa to the table too! If you're looking for classic Mexican comfort food, this cozy little place tucked away in a strip mall will hit the spot.“

“Arrived at this “hole in the wall in the middle of nowhere” for lunch with a friend. The Brussels Sprouts, Chicken Club Sandwich and the Chicken dish my friend had were delicious, fresh and hot.The waitress was VERY nice, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend stopping in for lunch.“

“The place is small,but the sushi was flavourful and fresh, the portions are generous and very appealing.
This was our first time here, and probably not the last one.
The only inconvenient we had was a 40 minute delay in our food order, because for some reason we where skipped, I got my sushi and oddly the wasabi and ginger came after I was done with all my sushi roll.
I believe this was just an odd day and will try again another day.

“The food is good, they actually condiment the meat. The service was good, they explained what the food contained, but they were a bit stingy with the salsa. The atmosphere was ok, it was hot and there was a lot of smoke. They just opened up so I'm assuming they still have to get the a/c situated and a vent for the smoke. I feel bad for the workers. I was ready to get out of there due to the heat.

(Update: they finally got the ac running. The adobada tortas are delicious and the molcan was crazy good. I've never tried anything like it. The only downside is that you leave smelling like smoke.)“

“I grew up going to El Toreo in Palmdale from the late '90s through the early 2000s, and it's still the best Mexican food I've ever had. I spent 10 years in the Army and another 10 driving trucks, so I've been to just about every state and tried Mexican food everywhere. Arizona comes closest in second place, Colorado a distant third. Texas was horrible — it's Tex-Mex, and it sucks anyway. Even when you try straight Mexican there, it's bland and commercialized. Every street truck in the West is amazing and a whole different thing than restaurants. Anything on the East Coast is just an insult to the cuisine.
Outside Southern California it's all bland, overly cheesy Americanized versions that taste like they came from a chain, no real heat or fresh ingredients, burritos that are all tortilla and zero flavor. I've been back a few times in recent years, and El Toreo still holds the crown. Nothing else touches it.“

“I hosted a Japanese Whiskey and Sushi night for a group of 12. We put in an order for multiple rolls, sashimi, and edamame to feed the entire group. When I showed up Big Tuna they had the order ready right on time, reviewed the order with me, and helped me get everything to the car. It was perfect! “The food was nice they were a bit short staffed but all the workers there were nice but one thing that made me think about was I order a fish burger with fries and when I asked for ketchup I only got one packet but I mean overall it was a nice experience. I just wish I could’ve gotten more ketchup lol“
