“The food at IHOP here in Agoura Hills, on Kanan Road, always hits the sweet spot for me. This is the location I used to come to for so many Sunday breakfasts with my family when I was growing up in Agoura Hills. Going back now, even though I no longer live in the area, kind of feels like coming home. When I was younger, I was all about the pancakes with strawberries and bananas, but these days I'm more into the Chicken Fajita Omelette because that's my go-to breakfast at IHOP. This time, I ordered the chicken fajita omelette with no tomatoes (of course). For my side, I sometimes get toast, but this time I went with hash browns and a side of ranch. My son got the Happy Face chocolate chip pancake topped with strawberries and whipped cream to make the smile, along with two scrambled eggs. As for my drink, I went with coffee over ice. I don't like my coffee too sweet, so I just add a couple creamers with no sugar. The service here is always top-notch. If you need anything, just ask your server and they're always happy to help. I've never had a single issue with the service at this location. The ambience is what you'd expect from a family-friendly breakfast spot and it also it looks like any other IHOP, but because it's in Agoura Hills, it has a slightly nicer feel. Would I recommend this IHOP to anyone? Absolutely 100%. I'm pretty sure they're open 24 hours, though these days I'm never awake early enough to get there before 9 AM (especially now that I have kids). I'll definitely keep coming back to this IHOP because it feels like my home away from home and brings back great breakfast memories with the family.“

“I had a wonderful stay at Malibu Beach Inn! The hotel facilities were truly exceptional. The location right on the beach is absolutely stunning, and the views from the rooms are breathtaking. “I did the takeout but I had to have the Pinot pasta with sausage but the chicken dinner which I wish I could remember the name of that special someone ordered? “I went with my friend for the first time and had the best first impression by the service, atmosphere, and the delicious food. Our server, Sheira was incredibly kind and helpful deciding which vegetarian meal to choose from for my friend. And my braised short ribs were amazingly yummy. Super recommended!“

“I've been riding my bike here since the early 70's. Even back then it was a biker hangout on weekends but most especially on Sundays. Now days it still is but a whole lot bigger.
You'll see every kind of bike here on a Sunday. From choppers, to dressers, to crotch rockets, to enduros, mopeds and even rocket propelled bikes that Jay Leno sometimes rides here on.
The canyons here are my favorite. While I no longer drag my knees through the turns as I use to, I still enjoy cruising on them.
Please be careful and stay well inside your lane when riding here because it is a race track on Sundays and as such you'll see other riders often times drifting outside their lanes and coming right at you at a high rate of speed. Also keep an eye behind you as you'll have others trying to pass you. I advice you stay out of their way, and let them by. Unless of course you're racing in which case they'd have to work their way past me.
Bottom line is I highly recommend any biker to visit this place at least once in their life. Definitely something that should be on your bucket list.“

“Lemmo's grill is a new find for me. What a great place! We were greeted and seated quickly. The food was fantastic and the service was perfect. Calamari was awesome and the marinara sauce that accompanied it was a wonderfully rich and complex. Ordered steak medium rare.....and it was medium rare. It was seasoned perfectly and delicious. The people may have been the best part. Family owned and operated the owners were present, helpful and extremely nice. if you are looking for a big chains and mediocre service and food. Give this place a shot. You will not be disappointed!“

I called around to several places and with very slow response times and abruptness directing me back to the website for Uber delivery. “Sadly, I would recommend the Denny’s in Moorpark and NOT the “new one” in Simi Valley. We were SO EXCITED to see that a Denny’s was coming back to Simi Valley - and for the first few months we enjoyed weekly breakfast and dinner once a week. Servers started changing (NOT a good sign) and sometimes it seems like they really didn’t want to be there. And WHAT on earth did they do to the gravy? I use to love a side order or biscuits and gravy - but the last three times it was watery and had absolutely NO flavor. Today we had lunch at the Denny’s in Moorpark and the food was excellent and the servers were attentive, friendly - and ones we have seen working there for years. That has to say something about how management is treating them. The last time we went to dinner at the Simi Valley Dennys - a nice, familiar waitress served us and I told her we had missed seeing her and she said her days were cut to just 2 days a week. She use to work at the Denny’s on Sycamore and also at the Coco’s on Los Angeles Ave. (now closed). We’d sure like to see MORE servers like her at the Simi Denny’s - any restaurant that has such a change over in staff is not a good sign. A happy, well treated server will tend to stay if the Manager is good and cares for their employees. I’ve lived in Simi for almost 50 years and many of my friends who also liked the Denny’s on Sycamore now go to the one in Moorpark instead of the one closer to “home”. That is such a shame. In general, we all like Denny’s menu and affordable prices - but our local Denny’s needs to care more about providing it’s customers with the best food and service possible. Please, Simi Denny’s - hire better staff - including cooks - and treat your staff better so they will want to stay - and will be happy to serve their customers instead of making us feel like our servers would rather be somewhere else.“
