“Found this place on Google while visiting LA over the 4th of July weekend. We like to search the local Mom and Pop places rather than boring chain restaurants. So glad we discovered this place. Everything was great! Food, friendly and efficient service, cleanliness. It. Has old school vibe and charm. We already recommended it to our Vrbo host. “Eggs and Things is a wonderful restaurant right out of the Ventura Boulevard style. The food is great. The free appetizer is a nice little surprise and the most delicious toast I’ve ever had and if I’m not mistaken, it is buttered on both sides!
The place is a little bit loud, but that’s only because it’s so popular. We try to go weekly and it’s great for Easter!

“This is my GO TO SPOT!! The food is ALWAYS good and HOT!
The waffles, omletes, Fremch Toast, Pancakes are all delicious. I think they use real eggs and not "liquid" eggs. The coffee could be a little stronger...but I always ask for a stronger cup and they ALWAYS accomodate.
The people working here are friendly and pleasant.
My family LOVES this place and you CAN NOT beat the price for the quality of food and service.“

“We had a great time eating at Cactus Patch Restaurant! The sandwiches were delicious, and we truly enjoyed every bite. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Highly recommended!“

“Everything was so good!!!
My husband got the steak and eggs and the steak was so well seasoned and juicy and tender. Not overcooked or dry at all. He said he would get it again. Also the country potatoes that came with his dish were very flavorful and had caramelized onions .He got the cold brew coffee and also said he would come back just for the coffee.
I got a lavender latte and it was really good not too overly sweet or syrupy. I also got marys organic chicken jalapeño hash. It was delicious and I would be back for that as well.“

“Our waitress tonight was, Alondra. Sweet young lady with a constant smile. Checked on us at least 4 times during our over an hour visit. Very accommodating and cordial. Other franchise IHOP'S need some hard core lessons from this Agoura Location. We live above Topanga cyn and Mulholland. We purposely drive to this location. The one closest to us needs to shut down.
