I ordered a combo bowl which was very tasty and 4 baklava for dessert. After a fantastic dinner, I was excited to have a treat that I have not had for a long time. To my dismay, I opened the box I found 4 pieces of falafel instead; so no baklava for me. By this time the restaurant was closed. I lost a couple of dollars from this mistake and meant to call the next day, but forgot. I'm still a fan, however.
If you want fresh and delicious falafels and salads, keep walking two doors down to Troy. Unfortunately the falafel wrap was soggy and only had lettuce and sauce... (I'm used to tomato cucumber lettuce and onion in a wrap!) the salad was weak as well, no onions, and cheap iceberg lettuce. The only good thing we had was the waffle fries and you can get those anywhere. Honestly just go to Troy they're worth the extra two steps. Lol

By far the best Mediterranean food in the Bay Area. Coming from a middle eastern family it's hard to find a genuine spot that has great service and even better food! We drive here all the way from South San Jose just to enjoy their food! Staff are friendly, great location across from Alameda theater, and GREAT food! Definetly coming back again and again!!!
