From our first Starbucks find Vancouver BC bear Whistler 1988 to tonight’s Alameda followup.
Great staff and service, but people sitting near me were a bit loud and it was hard to focus on work.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has kind and thoughtful staff who go out of their way to make the experience better. A Venti Caramel Frappachino tasted great, though it was served in a Venti Coffee cup. A visit at 5 pm on a Saturday had no line and efficient service, but an iced and a hot matcha latte were poorly made, with the hot one having a huge clump of undissolved powder. Long lines occur around 3:30 with teenaged girls and middle aged soccer moms getting pumpkin spiced lattes. If there is no line, customers can order pup cups for free without showing a dog. Wheelchair accessibility buttons to push to open the door sometimes do not work.
