The most speechless experience ever!!! They even allowed the one who behind you on the waiting list order first just because the customer said she stay outside too long and forgot to write down her name…

We arrived and sign name on the waiting list, after waiting 40 mins they set up the table first for the one who sign the name behind me, I asked the reason they said just because she stayed outside long time, what the hell?? There’s the rule and everyone follows it, you keep that customer but you lose next one, how you can run your business like this

Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had. We chose the Ayce option. We waited almost four hours and still didn’t get everything we ordered. We asked for chicken cartilage right at the beginning, and by the time we were done eating, it still never came. In the end, they just told us they were out of it. There was even a stretch of over an hour where we had literally no food on our table at all. I get it it’s the night of the weekend, but it’s still not the excuse for our terrible experience.

One bottle of drink for 4 dollars, it only cost at most 2 dollars in the normal market.

The food was great. We chose the $49.99 unlimited orders for one day, honestly, you can choose whatever you want from the menu. Honey chicken wings were so juicy and flavorful. Garlic pasted bbq oyster were fresh and good as well.

Very very very very slow services , not professional. They don’t know what have been ordered , what have been served to the clients . The attitude of one female server is bad ! It is “ all you can eat “ but they do not provide the food that has been ordered . It is definitely not worth 49.99 per person and wasting time sitting there waiting with little food .

$19.99 Unlimited food, for the first time I felt how good it felt to eat grilled chicken wings with open arms ?

The experience was poor. I went to the store after 8 pm and it was deserted. Only one table of customers was seated. I was told that buffet service was only available from 5 pm to 8 pm. The rest of the time, we had to order a la carte. The waitress had a black face. Her attitude was as if we owed her money. The feeling of not paying back the money, or that we came to her house for dinner and caused them a lot of trouble. In short, they were very unhappy. After a while, a service guy with a normal attitude came over and told us that it would be fine if we had a buffet, but only per person. For the 49 stall, the reason why we got up and left was not because the fee was calculated according to any standard, but because we didn’t want to have a meal and it made us feel quite uncomfortable, so we had to change restaurants. Hey, I will definitely not go there again.

I read Xiaohongshu and said that I was going there for a self-service activity. Before I went, I was worried that it was a traffic-draining activity by unscrupulous merchants, so I kept calling this store to confirm, but no one answered the phone. It was said online that the buffet lasted until 10 pm, but when I went there, the waitress or the boss looked like she didn’t want to serve her. She told me that the buffet was sold out and asked me to order. It was 7 o’clock. 46 points, I guess this kind of store would have closed down long ago in China!

Alert! Please DO NOT come to this restaurant. I wish there's a zero star rating on Yelp. I have no choice, I can only give 1 star at this moment, the worst dining experience ever for sure, we were seated and waited over 30mins to finally get to order, not even a cup of water, the food is not fresh, all kabobs are either cold or just a bit warm, service is extremely extremely slow and unprofessional, the restaurant stop serving the food for quite a while during dinner time, when we asked why, the said chefs were having their dinner, all customers in the restaurant needs to wait until chefs finished their dinner. The restaurant offered $19.99 AYCE, when we wanted to order 2-3 orders chicken wings, the sever told us that we are not able to order that many at the Sam time because other tables need Chicken wings ... and we were asked to order less kabobs since other tables need kabobs as well, suddenly I have no idea the meaning of all you can eat. I hope this restaurant will be closed as soon as possible! Please DO NOT waste your time and money.

I arrived at the store at 6:30 in the evening and ordered a 19.99 set meal without ordering wine. When I arrived, I was told that there were only 4 items (beef skewers, mutton skewers, chicken wings and chicken skin). After three people ate 6 skewers of chicken wings, they said there were no chicken wings. The meat skewers were mixed with pork and the meat was not fresh, so I don’t recommend it.

I don’t know who Xiaohongshu hired and said that for 19.99$ you can eat at the buffet. When I arrived, I excused that the skewers were not ready, so I said that I should order something else. My friend was already on the way. Then for the first time, he changed his mind and said that skewers were available, but he could only order a la carte. I said, that’s it. Aren't you making false propaganda? The boss said that he has been too busy these two days to make skewers and didn't prepare enough for self-service. Otherwise, he will give you ten skewers in a minute. You can order something else. After a while, a friend arrived and changed his mind for the second time. Let's take Liangtang Coke as an example. Instead of giving away skewers, I will give you drinks instead. By this time, I was completely disgusted and left on the spot. I went to a barbecue near 168. It was delicious and crowded.
There's a reason why your business is sluggish. The most important thing in doing business is the spirit of contract. Don't do anything wrong.
