Very disappointing dining experience.
The dry-fried beef chow fun had way too much dark soy sauce, making the flavor unbalanced. It was also served lukewarm instead of hot, with no steam coming off the dish at all.
The pork offal with cauliflower did not taste fresh and had a very strong, unpleasant fishy smell.
The salt-and-pepper pork chops were also disappointing. There was barely any salt-and-pepper flavor, just an overwhelming salty taste.

Nice quality of meat. Food taste homey. Not a fancy hotpot place but def get good quality of food
We ordered the pork stomach and chicken soup base. It was hearty and warm. Tasty.
