“My experience at Ace Burger today was nothing short of amazing! I ordered the chicken tenders, fries, and corn on the cob, and everything was a perfect 10. The chicken tenders especially stood out—they had the perfect amount of spice and breading. On top of the fantastic food, the woman who made the food and the gentleman (I believe they’re the owners) were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Their kindness made the visit even more special. Wishing much success to this wonderful place!!

“We pre-ordered on the app and the food was already ready to go when we arrive to the restaurant. The stuff was really nice and handed me the food when I let them know I ordered online. When I got home, the chicken was nice and crunchy and the side radishes were delicious.“

“My favorite fried chicken sandwich. Consistently good. Crispy. Never too oily. The coleslaw, pickles, sauce and bread/bun blend perfectly together. I prefer the dark meat (sweeter, juicier.)

The combo comes with your choice of sides: French fries, curly fries, waffle fries, onion rings!

They also sell Boba, green teas and Thai iced tea drinks (+$4.) It goes great with the sandwiches. So when I crave a good chicken sandwich, I go here.“

“First time at Dong Nguyen. I can tell this small business has catered the local community for years and is a welcoming favorite amongst customers that return to support them. Their items 1) Hainan chicken 2) Cornish hen with tomato rice 3) beef cube with tomato rice. We opted for two of the beef cube with tomato rice dishes. Each meal came with a veggie broth on the side and a large portion of tomato rice and beef. The beef was on the chewier side but I think was a nice cut. The tomato rice has bits of eggs folded in but was on the wetter side. There was also a salt and lemon on the side as a dipping sauce if wanted an even bolder flavor. Overall, it was filling and a large portion. I can see why it's been around for so many years. Note they are cash only.“

“Deliciously light crispy fried chicken, and big juicy fried chicken sandwiches. I'm not a fan of the spaghetti but my daughter loves it. Their pineapple drink is a must have.
Ate in and have also used drive thru. Service has been good as everyone is always polite. Inside of restaurant is very clean but I think a little too bright or generic. In spite of small lounge chair areas, I feel they could do with a cozier vibe.“

I had ordered four tacos: Masala Birria, Tinga Masala Chicken (by recommendation), Pibil Chicken, and the potato (Mexican potato substitution), along with a side of Mom's Beans and seasoned Cauliflower. On to the food - Gourmet Carribean is a must try! the oxtails, jerk chicken, curry chicken, chick peas and the Friday special, Jerk Salmon. Everything I've tried is delicious. There's a small baker on the other side and I love their Ube cookies! I Highly recommend visiting Blossom Market. Located on the San Gabriel Mission Properties.“

“A great place for contemporary southern style chicken, sides and desserts! Rotating selection of side dishes some of which are vegetarian. I had the chicken sandwich (amazing!) and a side of chipotle macaroni salad which was also incredible. The desserts like the banana pudding pie are also a sure thing and all portions are generous.“

Included is: Grilled peppers, some salsa which was light and easy to dip, grilled tortillas, pickled peppers and onions, Spanish rice, and some of the best beans I've had. Beans were smoky sweet and flavorful with chicharron inside.

Would come back for some bomb grilled chicken that's for sure!

For a long time I ask the combo with one sandwich, one piece of chicken and fries....for about $15. What can I say about this fried chicken...
I work in the astronomical community so I clearly do NOT believe in Alien life forms visiting our planet.
But THESE chickens are OUT of this world!!! Medium is my right level of spiciness not to hot to cry, not too mild to pass under the radar.. For me a non mexican hispanic, MEDIUM is the right ammount of joy that life needs. Meat is tender an juicy, the batter is crisp and not too thick, bun is never soggy nor dry nor hard.... fries are homestyle and the dipping sauce is the fatty complement to tame the wildness of the spiciness. I really would like to go one notch above medium......but I am not that brave yet... hopefully next time!!!!“

The value of the meals is great. You can choose between quarter, half, or whole chicken with tortillas and sides. The chicken is very tasty and juicy, packed with flavor and perfectly made. Was reading some of the reviews saying there's no flavor? I don't know, maybe I've become such an old man👴🏻 now, I thought it was good. Not over-the-top. Someone said they barely gave any cheese over the fries? My observation was that they meticulously layered the cheese, so that it wasn't just a giant slab on top with nothing on the bottom. I've never been to any other restaurant that goes through that level of detail to make sure the right amount of cheese is evenly distributed across the fries like that! BRAVO!👏🏻 Shoutout to the 1pm crew! You guys are awesome!
