Took my mom to try Kopan Sushi & Ramen on Main Street in Alhambra this past Sunday. They have a rear parking lot, but it’s a bit on the smaller side. Luckily, I managed to snag the very last spot. As soon as we walked in, we loved the ambiance. The decor gives off a great vibe that makes you feel like you're in Japan. The service was good too; the staff made us feel very welcome. The tonkatsu is my favorite. Never a wait team even when it seems busiest. I will be a regular here for sure (:
I had a fantastic experience here recently. The quality of the food was impressive and truly satisfying.
Every bite felt fresh and carefully prepared. I especially enjoyed the beautiful presentation of the tuna and caviar. It is clearly a great spot to enjoy a meal in Alhambra. I will definitely be back.
