4.5/5This Alhambra Ten Ren has especially good tea compared to their other locations. My go-to is the Jasmine Green Milk Tea with fresh milk and boba, 75% sugar.Super good place to study with friends. There's always plenty of tables available, it's not too loud, and there's good music. The service is very friendly and accommodating. Easy parking as well. (I docked off half a star because their food is just so-so.)
Love the popcorn chicken here! We usually order the popcorn chicken rice plate or just by itself. We ask for the spice powder on the side when we know our kiddo will eat some. Drinks are also good here but the popcorn chicken is IT!Good seating areas inside and out. Plenty of parking. Service is always fast and friendly.

I went there on a sunday evening with a friend. There was ample parking. It wasn't crowded. We ordered a Dirty Latte and a Red Bean Teaser. The latte has a bit of sugar in it to my surprise. But it was good. The place has a lot of seats.
