“The water cups had kind of a fishy smell. The curries were thick and the garlic naan was good. There was a good amount of meat in the vindaloo and makhani chicken. We weren’t a huge fan of the mango lassi. They do have a screen with Indian music videos playing which is nice.“

“This place- wow! Honestly one of the best meals I've had in a long time. It was DELICIOUS. and felt good and fresh and healthy. The server/order taker was incredibly friendly and helpful. I got a chicken plate (Malai Tikka) and my husband got a butter chicken curry. Both delicious. The water was even yummy- infused with lemon, mint and cucumber.“

“Food was amazing, couldn't have been better. Service was not at the same par, good but not what I would expect at a restaurant of this caliber. Plates were placed at the wrong spots, I asked for a bottle of wine before dinner was served and it arrived over half way through dinner.“

“One of the best Indian fast food restaurant! You’ll meet the owner, Nathan at the counter and his son is the chef. His daughter designed the place. It’s a lovely family affair and you can taste the love in their food.
Traditional food with modern twist on ordering. You can “build it” by choosing burrito, crunch wrap, parathadilla (quesadilla) or grilled sandwich, then pick your protein, and filling (curry, korma, etc). There are traditional curry bowls like tikka masala, street bites like samosas, masala stir fry rice, Mac and cheese, house salad.
We ordered:
-Build it: I got a butter chicken burrito. It’s a regular tortilla filled with cheese, tomatoes, onion, rice, lettuce, chicken masala. I liked that the tortilla was thin to be able to taste the filling. It was delicious. It was so big that I split 3 meals out of it.
-chicken tikka masala curry bowl: Finally a place the loves up to their spice level. We asked for level hot and it was legit hot! Very flavorful with lots of spice. Came with Paratha which is similar to naan but thinner and made with a mix of white and brown flour.
-Popadams- crispy lentil crackers
-samosas: 3 pieces, fresh, stuffed with masala potato and pea. Came with tamarind chutney. We also bought cilantro chutney.
We enjoyed everything we tasted. A second location will be opening in Fullerton. Catering options.
Plenty of parking in this lot. It’s next door to Rooster and Rice.“

“I walk in to fragrant Indian spices. My mouth immediately starts to water. The appetizer comes out Some kind of vegetable dumpling my son ordered. One bite dipped in an incredible mint curry sauce and I'm in Nirvanna. It only gets better from there... SO GOOD!“

Every I came here, I wrote a review but they seemed to have disappeared so I’m writing a new one. I ordered the chicken biryani because my server Amid recommended it. Amid was very courteous and attentive. If you like Indian food, this is one of the best 😋“

“We ordered hara masala paneer, assorted starter and naan for dinner . Naan and paneer was too good. If you like spicy then you can ask them to make it. Service and staff are amazing. Place is decent. They have outdoor and indoor spaces for sitting.“

“Plan being to go today and read the recent 3 reviews but have been in their buffet multiple times. My daughter love their shahi paneer and palak paneer with Bhindi and I like their butter chicken to go. That is all happened very frequently up until last 2 weeks. I will share another note after I am done today with my and 2 of my friends and family!!“

“I moved out of state a few years ago and the food at Natraj is one of the things I miss from my hometown. I flew into OC on Sunday and my first stop was Natraj. Thank you for your delicious food and hospitality!“
“Vishnu Catering did a spectacular job at the event that I planned for ~100 people in Santa Barbara. They showed up on time, prepared, and were very professional to work with throughout the entire process. We haven't even gotten to the food yet - every single person at the event (desi and non-desi) enjoyed the food and praised the food to us. Of note, the rasmalai, double ka meetha, mutton curry, mango daal, chai, apollo fish, mango lassi, chicken tikka masala, paneer makhani, aloo gobi, and more. You can't go wrong by choosing Vishnu Catering for your event. They were a hit. Thanks Ram, for all the effort and for helping making our day so special.“
“First visit to this store. Fantastic selection of British foods at a reasonable price Very clean and organized. Friendly staff. Will definitely return in the future.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5
I’d honestly give Annapoorna 4.5 stars if I could. This is my go-to when I’m craving Indian food — I’ve eaten dinner inside a couple of times, but mostly I get takeout, and it’s always good.
My must-haves are the Kadai Chicken, Kadai Lamb, Goat Biryani, Baingan Bharta, and their naan — love them all, and they taste even better the next day. My mom’s favorites are the rasam and their dosas, so we’re both happy when we order.
It’s just a little restaurant tucked in a shopping plaza — kind of a hole-in-the-wall — but the food is so good I’ve never once been disappointed.“

“One of the most sub standard experience! The food had all the same curry base, made from canned ingredients. The staff was unhelpful and did not care at all. The seating is narrow and cheap. The portion size of s horrible. The taste of the food is awe filling because it’s probably microwaved rather than cooked properly. Horrible experience. Stay away! There are better Indian restaurants.“

“Traveling with my partner and mother-in-law who are gluten free and also allergic to dairy we’re always looking for places that have a labeled menu or can give good options. The waiter helped us find a couple of great options (goat curry, Chana masala, and mint chicken) which were great!“
