“My First time here. I learned it's best to order online or go through the drive-thru. We waited at least 5 minutes just to be greeted. Then we had to wait for all the people in the drive thru to get their orders taken first.
There was only 2 employees there. For a Friday night that's not good. We ate inside. The service was good. They brought us our food and Yummo!!
I ordered a Famous Star with cheese meal. Nothing like a delicious burger from Carl's! It was made perfectly. It was the right kind of messy. I got an order is their zucchini and that's always a good idea.
It was not crowded inside. The drive-thru was busy.
Also the architecture of the outside is cute. I didn't get a photo, but next time I come I will.“

“This location has a pretty good atmosphere with nice employees and good food, it's in a pretty convenient place too by being right next to the library, so I usually grab a meal to eat here while I wait for the library to open. Out of every Carl's Jr I've eaten at, this one's the best.“

“Every time I come to eat it's busy, which is what's good. I love Alíe's burgers, they're always strawberry and they're not squashed like in other places, there's not enough people to work on days like that. If I had to wait a while, there's only two people there, always. I come I come with family eat here I love that there are not many people eating inside I can eat in peace“

“Traveling back to Arizona when my son threw up in our car. We stopped here and they were very accommodating. They gave us a bucket to clean the car and allowed us to use their hose to clean my son’s car seat. The manager was very helpful and their bathrooms are also one of the cleanest we’ve been in for fast food. Thank you very much for making a stressful situation a little less stressful“

“Carl’s Jr has very good burgers! It’s our go to place. The staff… not so much at this location. Drive thru lady was borderline rude. Had out of town guests with us, who asked her questions, her answers were abrupt and she was clearly annoyed. Yes, I understand, this is fast food : employees are familiar with menu, but they need to explain politely when asked about their menu. We were embarrassed after telling them how much we enjoy this place.“

“Food was fresh and hot about as good as a Carl Jr.'s can be. Also about as expensive as you would expect for a Carl Jr.'s to be.

Parking: It has its own good size parking lot with an entrance on La Palma and another entrance on Kraemer. Plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: No play place or anything but, it does have Happy Meals for the kids though.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes entrances and bathroom doors, hallway, etc. all have large spacing and are ADA compliant.“

“The hamburgers were fresh. The zucchinis were hottest can be and onion rings were fabulous. However, the French fries were soggy like they'd been sitting out for a couple of hours. So if you go there, make sure you ask for no salt on your French fries that way you get a fresh batch.“
