We went on a Saturday night and there was one lady working. They were short staffed so service was very poor. There was a sign posted saying they were short staffed. Everything is served in togo containers I'm assuming to minimize washing dishes. Water was not available and only for purchase. There was one other party in there and we came with 4 adults and 5 young kids. The other party (2 adults) was upset we sat near them (there was only one big table) and were too loud. We are returning customers. I grow up in Taiwan. The food here is very authentic Taiwanese noodles and rice. Taste is what we miss. There used to be two guppy house before. This is only one left. We are 30 minutes away. It’s a treat and comfort food when we come back.
