The Panera near my home is often missing supplies needed to complete my order. Typically drinks but I have been unabale to order food as well.
Panera Bread is a convenient spot with usually available seating, clean tables, and a quiet atmosphere, making it a great place to dine in and work with their free WiFi. The food is generally good, with customers praising the delicious meals, such as the 'you pick two' option with a sandwich and a soup or mac. The staff is also highly praised, with Aiken, a server, remembered for his warm and efficient service, as well as the chefs who were able to correct orders and provide helpful recommendations. However, some customers have experienced issues with the self-service kiosks, finding them confusing and anxiety-inducing. Additionally, the prices can be steep, with some meals costing around $42. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience at Panera Bread is positive, with customers expressing their loyalty and intention to return regularly.
