“Ordered 10 piece chicken wings (bone in)
mango habanero and hot honey rub with fries
The mango habanero is addictive so good wings size is XXL I couldn’t finish my meal
The only complaint was one of the staff was talking to a customer while I was in line than another employee noticed me and took my order other than that it was a pleasant experience“

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “The wings are very good but there is a small detail for messing with each other. They do not pay attention when delivering the order. They have already made mistakes on several occasions. The girls do not respect each other and it is assumed that they are working. Terrible service. Hire serious and respectful girls.“

“This place is amazing! I just ordered through the phone for pick up. I was taking so long on the phone, but the lady worker was very polite and patient with me the whole time, making sure I got my order right. They finished quickly, and the food was amazing. Chicken was tender. Enough sauce to cover all my wings perfectly. The fries were nice and warm and provided perfect service. I'm a local, and I stop by this Wingstop all the time. I would 100% recommend eating here. I hope the staff or managers read this. You guys are doing a great job!“
