“Not only is the food fantastic, the customer service is off the charts! We made a reservation for 16 people and they handled everything perfectly. The lady that was the conveyer of delicious food to our table said they could handle the tickets any way we wanted, so we were able to break out the check among the singles and couples that were present. We were there to share so as the dishes came out to each person that ordered it, we passed around the plates family style. The servers kept us hydrated and with lots of food exactly as ordered. It was so fun and delicious!! Also, when they broke up the checks amongst us they didn't attach a group gratuity. We all noticed that and added extra tips for the great service and awesome food. Sadly, I live almost 2 hours away but pass through a few times a year. Definitely looking forward to next time!“

“We were in Murphy’s yesterday and a good friend that is very knowledgeable about wine and also a grower told us to stop and meet Gary and Sue and have a tasting. Unfortunately Gary or Sue was not available(probably crushing this years grapes to make more spectacular wine). However we met Jim and he treated us like long time friends, talked about the wines and very sociable. Every wine tasted was suburb and we ended up taking 6 bottles home to enjoy later. When we are back in the area we will definitely stop back in and hopefully meet Gary and Sue“

“Don't let the Mini Mart/gas station fool you, the eating area is behind the counter. We were pleasantly surprised at the delicious BBQ. We ordered the Texas Trinity which included brisket, ribs, and sausage. It came with 2 sides, coleslaw and baked beans along with 4 slices of bread, 2 spears of pickles, pickled red onions and bbq sauce on the side. It was so tender, juicy and flavorful which wasn't drowned in bbq sauce. This is our go-to bbq when we drive up from the Bay Area. The staff were also very friendly.“

“Stopped here on our way home after being recommended to us from the staff at Mia’s Pizza. Our Takeaway from this entire weekend was how this community supports each other! We enjoyed the huevos rancheros with chorizo. Perfect Brunch! Delicious food, friendly service, charming little town. 10/10!“

Their truffle fries, the calamari and shrimp appetizer, the salads - all super fresh and tasty along with a fantabulous wine list....❤️🍷Finish up with their "home-made" ice cream....yummm....and our server Maddie made it all special with great service and a smile! “We had a party of 18 ppl and we called last minute to see if they could accommodate us and they happily did so. We had such a great time and the wines were very nice. Nick was our server and he was very knowledgeable about the wines as well as funny; he gave us a good time. The atmosphere was also very clean, modern, and beautiful which made it even more enjoyable. Plus it was a chilly day but their patio heaters along with the wine kept us nice and warm.“
“Jeff was absolutely fantastic! He made our first wine tasting experience at Ironstone memorable. We always value a sommelier who is highly knowledgeable in the wines they serve. He was it. We’re avid wine enthusiasts and members of other wineries. We are now considering adding a fifth. We’ll be back Ironstone! We hope Jeff is available to make our experience special again. “We had burgers one night, and pizza the next. We really enjoyed our meals both nights. The service was great the first night, but the second night, I think they had a trainee and the trainee definitely needed training especially in the manner in which she interacted with people. But all in all this is a great spot and the food is very good. Would come back again.“
