“We've been customers since 2020. We liked the food before new ownership, but now it's fantastic. The camerones a la diablo has better shrimp than before, and it's cooked better now. My husband and I both noticed an improvement. Attentive staff, great salsa, quality food.“
“I had such a wonderful experience here! The filet mignon was cooked perfectly — tender, flavorful, and just melted in my mouth. The mashed potatoes were so creamy and buttery, and the vegetables were fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to the ideal texture.
On top of the amazing food, the service was truly outstanding. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and made me feel really welcome from start to finish. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the people make you want to come back — but this restaurant absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend!“

“I love this place so much. My fiance and i come in every time we come into the area. The BBQ oysters are AMAZING. We had the caviar and tartare yesterday and both were phenomenal. Katinka is so friendly and makes you feel very welcome“

“I had low expectations for unassuming roadside gas station BBQ but I was BLOWN AWAY. I had the pork ribs and they were about the best I've ever had in any state anywhere. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich, and we shared a side of cole slaw. We both just kept stopping mid-meal with our eyes closed, savoring. We're already planning to stop back on in our way home. Don't miss it!“

“We were in Murphy’s yesterday and a good friend that is very knowledgeable about wine and also a grower told us to stop and meet Gary and Sue and have a tasting. Unfortunately Gary or Sue was not available(probably crushing this years grapes to make more spectacular wine). However we met Jim and he treated us like long time friends, talked about the wines and very sociable. Every wine tasted was suburb and we ended up taking 6 bottles home to enjoy later. When we are back in the area we will definitely stop back in and hopefully meet Gary and Sue“

What made our visit even better was Buck. He was incredibly warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. His hospitality made us feel right at home and added such a personal touch to our visit. A wonderful winery with beautiful surroundings and exceptional service. “Great food, but long lunch lines and wait time. I got 2 sandwiches to go. I ordered the smoked turkey and a tri tip. Both were fresh and delicious! It took quite a bit of time to get my order, so I'm not sure what happened there. But over all a great spot“
“Great place and sit back drink whiskey and smoke stogies, they have a fine selections of good @$$ whiskeys. My husband had a old fashion and Phil did a fantastic job making it. They actually had a cognac that I liked. Phil also made me a coconut rum cream drink. Just asked for coconut rum cream and Phil will make you a surprise! Thank you Phil and Cindy for everything!!“
“Really neat spot. Excellent wines, with an outdoor seating option. They will bring you little decanter type glasses for when you are ready for the next taste, so no one has to go back and forth into the tasting room.

“We had a party of 18 ppl and we called last minute to see if they could accommodate us and they happily did so. We had such a great time and the wines were very nice. Nick was our server and he was very knowledgeable about the wines as well as funny; he gave us a good time. The atmosphere was also very clean, modern, and beautiful which made it even more enjoyable. Plus it was a chilly day but their patio heaters along with the wine kept us nice and warm.“

“Love their karaoke on Thursday night. Atmosphere is always Funtastic. Bar service is excellent. The only reason i gave poor rating in food category was because the ice taste like the tap water which unfortunately makes drinks taste like tap water.“

“V's food never disappoints! Their truffle fries, the calamari and shrimp appetizer, the salads - all super fresh and tasty along with a fantabulous wine list....❤️🍷Finish up with their "home-made" ice cream....yummm....and our server Maddie made it all special with great service and a smile! “Had very pleasant experience. At this location they poor school street wines, for Hatcher wines you will need to go to downtown. Wine was nice, conversation with the owner was incredible, we had lots of fun.

“We had an amazing time. Was absolutely the highlight of me and my husbands trip here in Murphy. Pre steak chilled white wine on a hot day. Went to Branding Iron after on their reco. We will absolutely be back and also look into their venue.“

“Mary's makes the best Super Carne Asada Burrito! And it's big enough to share. They'll also make it in a bowl if you want it tortilla free. Just ask. I like mine with a bottle of Mandarin Jarritos. There's a small Ramada shaded table area if you feel like eating on the spot which is lovely on a hot day. Friendly service and tasty food 😋 🦋“
