Best rice noodle / guilin noodle I had! The texture and flavor is close my childhood memory.
正宗！好吃！量大！We ate here two days in a row — the Guilin-style lu fen is super authentic! The homemade Chinese style pickled beans and radish were delicious, and the chili was fragrant and very spicy. If you can’t handle spicy food, definitely go easy on the chili!
We had the braised pork soup. Broth was decently seasoned, meat tender, noodles were over cooked. I'd give it another try just less cook time on the noodles.

Mojie Guilin Mifen is a small, authentic Guilin noodle restaurant located in the Arcadia square plaza food court, near 99 Ranch and Sunright. The restaurant is known for its generous portions of popular dishes, such as the braised pork soup, which is well-seasoned and tender. The noodles are a highlight, with the right balance of firmness and chewiness. Customers enjoy the authentic, full-flavored, briny, spicy, and pickled taste of the Guilin noodles, especially the #1 (Classic Guilin Style Dry Rice Noodle) and #8 (Beef and Pork Intestine Noodle Soup). The spicy dishes are genuinely spicy, and the pickled long beans add a nice flavor. The restaurant offers a simple menu, making ordering easy, with options to add toppings like peanuts and fermented veggies from a self-serve bar. Portions are very large, and the prices are affordable, around $11, but cash is required. While some noodles may be slightly overcooked, the quality and value make it highly recommended for those seeking authentic Guilin flavors.
