My favorite drink is Coffee Milk Tea with topping Honey Sea Salt Cream 😋
My tea is burnt. How do your employees fail at boiling water for a hot tea? I paid over $5 for a bitter and burnt milk tea, and there were pieces of tea leaves all over the bottom.
First time going and the staff was super friendly and understanding. They explained everything that I had a question with and made it simple for me to understand the process of how to order the best tea for my taste. Plus the tea jars are super cute to collect and repurpose into water bottles. Though I do recommend you park on the street or have someone drop you off to pick it up
