“Had my first sandwich at this place and I've been coming here for a long long time. Manly already knows me and all I got to say I can't believe I have not tried these sandwiches. I don't know. Subway ,Jersey's Mike, watch out man these donuts and sandwiches. Five star ,top notch., Best of the best!“

“I have traveled the world (including Vietnam) searching for the best tofu banh mí and I have yet to find a better one than Donut King in Merced. They bake their own sandwich bread and the tofu is incredibly flavorful. They dont skimp on the veggies and cilantro either. The donuts are also melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The price point is excellent. Service is friendly and its run by a local family. Only 2 tables to eat at so I usually carry out. I love Donut King and its the first place I stop whenever I come back to visit.

“Parking is often spacious during the mornings I can visit. I stopped by a few times for some donuts on my way to work and I finally tried one of their breakfast sandwiches and boba. I had the mango boba which I really enjoyed and later a ham and cheese croissant since the shop didn't have eggs at the time. The ham and cheese croissant tasted warm and fresh, a combination I hope for when having breakfast. I can only imagine how it tastes with eggs and bacon.
In summary, Sunshine Donuts is a good place for great donuts, boba, and breakfast sandwiches if you're looking for a quick bite. Tommy is also very friendly. He jokes around on some occasions.“

“Yum yum says it all. Always fresh and fluffy. My favorite are the Cream filled and Raspberry filled. The staff is super polite too. Yesterday I went in and I made a mistake on my change. The young lady that was taking care of me caught my mistake and told me I gave her extra money. Super honest and nice.“
