Its a Catalina icon but truthfully the drinks aren't great. Onion rings were good. It was pretty warm and stuffy. There are better places and drinks to be had waterfront for the same price. I'll give it a pass next time.
If you’re looking for a fun place to hang out while you’re visiting Avalon - this is your place! This restaurant/bar exudes a carefree, tiki hut type establishment. The music is loud but it creates such a fun vibe. The servers are joyful, it’s like they’re having a blast while working which makes it that more fun. It’s a smaller place so finding a seat can be a mission but if you can, I highly advise that you give this place a try. It’ll be worth it.
We got our wiki's whacked!!! Holy cow are the drinks strong with this one. We had a hard time getting in this place. Deceptively large, but the best spots are right by the front door where you can see the bay. We were walking by and just about to leave when the table out front gave us their table and a hat. We were hooked. Then, we proceeded to order drinks and we were sunk. Don't remember much more than a good time. Our fire-filled drinks kept the good times rolling....
