Visited this restaurant due to previous visits of great pizza..
This time, very unsatisfied....
Restroom dirty and lots of flies.
Pizza, probably the worst pizza ever.
( bad quality of cheese on pizza ).
Service was bad for sure.
I asked for red wine corckage fee, worker said ($15 or $25, but not sure ) ??

We had a great meal at Original Antonio’s while visiting Catalina Island! We tried the white veggie pizza, Margherita pizza, Roasted Turkey Breast sandwich, Philly Cheese Steak, and Roasted Prime Rib Dip & Cheese.

When traveling to Avalon on Catalina Island, a few friends of mine and I went to checkout this pizzeria. We ordered a large cheese pizza and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend adding the chili oil on top of the pizza as well as the crushed red peppers and cheese.

Original Antonio's is a classic pizza joint with a cool 50's aesthetic. While very cramped inside with little seating, it's not loud. They offer amazing pizza, with a delicious gluten-free crust option available. The garlic bread is also highly praised. Service is attentive, and window service is friendly and fast for take-out orders. This small, casual spot serves authentic Italian food, with pasta also looking amazing. It's been a favorite in Avalon since the late 70's, a great affordable find. It's the original location, still very much open.
