“When the location was Libertine's, we made it an annual habit to stop in for a beer when staying in Avila. We were glad to see it is still open under Locals Taproom. In fact, nothing had really seemed to change other than new glasses. We love that the vinyl record collection is still on site and playing tunes. If you are looking for a beer just a clock off Avila's crowded main drag, check it out.“

“When traveling along the coast, I always make it a point to stop at ManRock Brewing Co. Beers are incredible (loved the “Get Him a Hoppy Bag” triple hazy IPA), food is great and comes out fast (try the bacon covered hot dog) and service is always friendly. Was surprised and happy to find they were open July 4th too! Was also able to get some cans of my favorites to bring home.“

“Good beer and reasonable pricing. Had a bit of an issue with some new staff, asked for lucky day ipa got charged for double hopped lucky day for an extra dollar. Bought second beer during happy hour and got charged full price. Their POS was not transparent about the price as it only showed the total. I had to check the receipt on my phone. I complained and the bartender pulled out $2 out of their wallet. I had paid tax and tip on the incorrect amount. Also didn't get the other dollar from the wrong beer being charged. I messaged management on their feedback program via Toast but that's a new setup for them so i didn't hear back. Management reached out to me after posting my initial google review and resolved the issue.“

“stopped in town to meet the family and picked Pismo Brewing for lunch! we were greeted and seated by Celeste who is an ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR!!! we brought the party quite literally because prior, there was no one in the entire restaurant, but shortly after we ordered, Celeste was serving the whole place from front to back solo!!! As a former waitress of 15 years, it was really impressive to see and so fun to watch! The food was absolutely spectacular, delicious beers, and if you're feeling wild, be sure to try the boozy rootbeer!! The rootbeer is also brewed in house and is some of the best I've had in my 35 years of this little life so be sure to stop by, you will not be disappointed! brownie points that they were pet friendly too! :)“

“Food was great, had the smashburger and a tri tip burrito which both were yummy. Prices on food are kind of high, everything was like $20 and up a meal. My margarita seltzer was meh, it had a funny taste to it and would not recommend, but the Mexican lager was good. Service staff was friendly and had a good vibe and music. Would go back again.“
