Dino's Charbroiled Burgers in La Puente is known for its great-tasting food, with customers praising the delicious burgers and fresh fries. The service is generally friendly, particularly from the male cashiers, but there have been reports of rude behavior from a specific female employee. Her attitude has been described as horrible, and she has been accused of being impolite and unprofessional. Additionally, some customers have observed unacceptable interactions between the cook and cashier. Despite these issues, the food and prices are considered good. It is recommended that management training be implemented to improve the overall service and address the unprofessional behavior of certain staff members.
