This place is better than anything you'd get at Mcdonalds. They cook everything fresh, no mystery meat or weird additives. Great prices and friendly staff. Started in highschool with the OG in Alhambra on valley Blvd... Where we could get a pastrami fries and a drink for under 5.00 got the same thing today for $19. 76...🤦🏽‍♀ But still good so worth it“

“They have really great flavor for their chicken. Their sauce is top notch. I am not a fan of thousand island but their sauce is really good! I love that it doesn't have pickles. Oh and the seasoning for their fries! Delicious and mouth watering flavors! Their bread is the perfect softness and there is enough chicken for every bite! Even the coleslaw they use taste great! “Today 08/7/26, Pasadena location my-experience wasn’t that great for me. I ordered a pastrami with chili and cheese. Why was the chili giving to me on the side? I’m making a drive from Inglewood, Calif. to the location in Pasadena. I was kind of disappointed in my order. she couldn’t really understand my clear English when I was telling her my order. The second pastrami I just asked for mustard and pickles, and I didn’t want it dip. Why was it dipped? Most of the time when I go to the one in Montclair, My experience be good. The Hat, is a very cleaning environment. Common courtesy, The wait time under five minutes for my food & it comes out Hot. Everything came out on time. “This place lets you try burgers from around the world. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. They’re family owned and operated and I got their Cuban fries, chihuahua burger, and Colombian burger. The fries are cut and fried in house and were a bit soggy but had plenty of gooey cheese, ham, and grilled onions and had good potatoey flaves. The chihuahua burger had a meaty patty, buttery bun, rich chorizo, creamy nutty avocado, gooey savory cheese, nutty crunchy lettuce, and bright cilantro. Could maybe use something acidic like a salsa cuz it does get a bit rich. The Colombian burger also had a good patty and bun and had a sweet pineapple jam, cheese that kinda got lost in there, and crunchy fresh coleslaw. Was kinda getting more Thai vibes from this one for some reason but am lowkey so here for it. Overall this place is lowkey pretty good.

While I was waiting for my pizza, a staff approached me and started apologizing for the mistake that someone else took my pizza and they had to remake it, and she promised that she’ll take care of my order as priority to avoid any further delay. I love that they acknowledge the mistake and take action on it quickly, even before I realized (i didn’t feel I was waiting too long). I appreciate them being professional and thoughtful for the customers.“

“I've come to this location so many times over the years and it's always been consistently good. I usually just use the drive thru but the service is always fast. Ambiance in this area is ok, due to the PCC being nearby and it helping the area be good. The food itself is always fantastic. The Big Carl is like a Big Mac, but better (and I am a huge Big Mac enthusiast). The limited-edition churro milkshake is fantastic btw, please give it a try if it's still available by the time you read this.“

Service is. Always with a smile. I also tried crunchy tacos and taquitos which j added cheese to and it was so yummy. There js no satisfaction like a treat from taco treat. “This is a diner that apparently has been here for decades. A family owned restaurant for the local community. This place is the go to especially after playing golf at Whittier Narrows down the street.

My son loves this place, his go to is always the club sandwich fries included. My personal favorite is the patty melt with fries. For appetizers we love the onion rings. A heads up, if you order a large fries that's exactly what you get. Not the typical small serving but a mound of fries to share for the whole table.

It's a no frills local joint where they have regulars that always come in. These mom and pop places are what makes this country what it is, not the cookie cutter chain restaurants. Always support your local businesses.“

“Been wanting to try this spot. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or eugh. I got their pork rou jia muo, saozi noodles, and beef noodle soup to try. The pork rou jia muo had a fluffy pan fried bun that reminded me of the bing my grandma makes and was filled with savory tender umami pork. The sao zi noodles had savory meat, bright cilantro, crunchy bean sprouts, tofu, soft potato bits, and qq noodles. The beef noodle soup was really comforting and had a savory flavorful broth, tender juicy beef, crunchy boy choy, and soft noodles. Tastes authentic and yummy, Portions are massive, and prices are fare, this place is pretty good.
